Alain Minvielle brings extensive shaping expertise from California, combined with a deep understanding of the classic style’s flow and glide. Collaborating with Edouard, they developed a Classic shape inspired by the 1960s longboard design—featuring a smooth, edge-free outline—enhanced with a modern bottom contour for exceptional cruising and agile maneuvering. The design’s key elements lie in the rocker and volume distribution: the rocker curve supports stable noserides in the pocket and smooth gliding in both small and larger waves. Additionally, the board’s unique volume distribution—from a fuller nose to a tapered tail—enables graceful cross-stepping and effortless turning.
