Drawing inspiration from Herbie Fletcher’s classic designs, this model blends timeless longboard style with modern performance. Combining traditional glide, nose-riding stability, and responsive tail control, it’s a versatile longboard built for surfers who want the best of both worlds.
The Shape
A wider nose, rounded pin tail, and balanced “magic” rocker create a smooth, flowing outline with excellent lift and trim speed. Deep nose concave runs through much of the board before transitioning into a V with double concave through the tail, enhancing both nose-riding lift and rail-to-rail responsiveness. Elevated apex rails through the nose fade into lower apex rails through the tail for control and release when stepping back.
Where It Works
Ideal in waves from knee-high to overhead. Perfect for clean points, beach breaks, and reef setups where glide, trim speed, and longboard flow come alive.
How It Rides
Stable and forgiving on the nose, with plenty of lift for extended nose rides. Step back onto the tail and it comes alive with responsive turns and classic longboard drive. Smooth through sections, easy to trim, and highly adaptable to different riding styles.
Construction
Built in Thunderbolt Red Technology for competition weight, flex, and durability. Features a Fused Cell EPS foam blank with a Multi-Component Carbon Flex Control system replacing the traditional stringer for consistent flex and long-lasting performance. Finished with Xeon fibreglass lamination and a protective Core Shield PVC shell.
